Every signal counts
Data, images, accesses and alarms. Different technologies, coordinated to give you a more complete view of security.
INTEGRATED SECURITY · SEMENTINA · SINCE 1975
Integrated Vision
Protecting a space means putting every technology in a condition to work together.
Telecom Security SA designs and coordinates custom installations for homes, businesses and public entities throughout the Canton of Ticino, merging video surveillance, intrusion detection, radio networks, fire protection and automation into a single reliable and controlled ecosystem.

SECURITY AND CONTROL
Technological Solutions
Coordinated technologies to prevent, detect and control.
Six systems dedicated to protecting people, accesses and environments, designed to work together.
Traditional and radio‑based burglary alarms
Each building has different accesses, habits and sensitive points. We design wired or radio intrusion systems starting from the real spaces and usage modes, to make protection understandable, manageable and consistent with the needs of those living or working in the building.
Fire alarms
We design fire alarm systems based on the environments and applicable regulations, using VKF‑approved components when required and after verification of the relevant model and configuration.
Video surveillance systems
A camera is useful only when framing, image quality and data management meet a specific purpose. We design video surveillance systems for homes and businesses, considering lighting, routes, accesses, network and data protection from the earliest choices.
Video intercoms and intercoms
Recognizing who is at the door and communicating clearly makes entry more orderly and controllable. We design intercom and video‑intercom systems for houses, condominiums and businesses, sized according to the number of entrances, users and internal stations.
Gas detection
Dangerous gases can be invisible and require detection chosen based on the actual risk. We design systems for professional and industrial environments defining substances, measurement points, thresholds and alerts based on the process, ventilation and available technical specifications.

TECHNOLOGIES AND INFRASTRUCTURES
Technologies that connect people, spaces and information.
Telecommunications, automations and technical expertise serving the daily operation of environments.
Telecommunications
We design large radio networks, person‑search systems and dead‑man devices starting from coverage, people to reach and operating procedures, with field verifications.
Mobile (Natel) and satellite telephony
As a Swisscom Partner we offer consulting for mobile (Natel) and satellite telephony, assessing coverage, battery life, active service and terms of use before configuration and delivery.
General automations
An automatic access must move predictably, stop when needed and integrate with the daily use of the space. We create automations for gates, doors, garages, barriers and electric car ports, selecting controls and safety measures based on the actual opening.
Sound and music distribution systems – Video projection systems
Sound and image must reach the audience clearly without dominating the space. We design audio and projection systems for private and professional environments, coordinating acoustics, lighting, sources, controls and cabling around the desired experience.
OUR METHOD
Each system originates from a precise sequence.
Five steps that turn diverse needs into a coordinated solution.
01 / 05
Understand
Every project starts from the spaces, habits and real needs. Context comes before technology.
02 / 05
Design
We define functions, priorities and connections, building a solution proportionate to the environment and its use.
03 / 05
Integrate
Video, alarms, access controls, communications and automations are coordinated to work as parts of the same system.
04 / 05
Commission
Installation and configuration turn the project into a concrete tool, clear to use and suited to the space.
05 / 05
Support
Even after launch, Telecom Security remains a technical reference to accompany the system over time.
